What you will do
- Manage customer experiences and identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, increase loyalty, and grow share of wallet.
- Conduct proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
- Recommend appropriate banking solutions and educate customers on financial transaction options and digital tools.
- Build, expand, and retain customer relationships through referrals and ecosystem partnerships.
- Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
- Complete teller and branch operational transactions accurately while adhering to policies and managing risk.
Requirements
- Typically requires 1+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
- High school diploma, GED, or university degree is not required; comparable education, certifications, experience, or military service may be considered.
- Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer needs, and sales processes.
- Strong customer service, communication, prospecting, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage risk and follow banking policies and procedures.
