Engineer II - UKG

Location: Hybrid in Richmond, Virginia, or Plano, Texas. Richmond associates work onsite 4 days per week; Plano associates work onsite 2 days per week.

Salary: $88,800–$133,200 annually, with possible bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Support business partners using the UKG Pro WFM platform.
• Perform root cause analysis, diagnose application errors, and document resolutions.
• Gather requirements, develop, test, and implement changes across UKG Pro WFM modules.
• Integrate HR processes in UKG Pro WFM with Workday, payroll, and other HR platforms.
• Follow change management processes for production system updates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Kronos and/or UKG Pro WFM.
• Experience implementing Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation, Forecasting, and Advanced Scheduling modules.
• Experience using, developing, and implementing Dell Boomi integrations.
• Experience with Data Hub and Google BigQuery.
• Working knowledge of UKG Pro WFM APIs, webhooks, integration capabilities, and event-driven workflows.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
