Localisation QA Engineer (French - Canadian)

Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Cork, Ireland only

Salary: €42,000 per annum, pro rata

What you will do

• Perform localisation testing on software, print documents, help content, and hardware items.
• Report issues using internal tools, provide relevant information and suggestions, and follow solutions through to completion.
• Analyse international functionality issues.
• Collaborate with international QA centres, engineering teams, translators, and project managers.
• Depending on experience, design and maintain manual test plans and automated test procedures.
• Code test automation in Swift, Objective-C, Python, Ruby, or other required languages.

Requirements

• Native Canadian French speaker with deep knowledge of linguistics.
• Experience in software localisation and internationalisation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, flexibility across multiple projects, and a collaborative approach.
• Interest in testing software thoroughly to identify and help resolve issues.
