TL;DR
Manager, eCommerce Analytics Capabilities (eCommerce Analytics): Leading cross-functional analytics initiatives and developing business-critical insights and advanced analytics products for eCommerce and omni-channel operations with an accent on performance diagnostics, forecasting, campaign measurement, and data governance. Focus on generating code, launching MVPs, driving internal adoption, and translating complex datasets into reproducible analyses for sales, marketing, engineering, and organizational leaders.
Location: Virtual, USA; employee's home, national
New hire base salary: $102,100–$127,600 per year. Performance-based bonus eligibility is also included.

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects in eCommerce and omni-channel analytics.
- Analyze business health and performance correlations, developing diagnostics and insights for planning.
- Lead advanced analytics products from stakeholder problem definition and coding through MVP launch and internal adoption.
- Develop use cases such as category sales forecasting and campaign measurement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and organizational leaders on process improvements, system modifications, and data governance.
- Create documentation that enables stakeholders to understand and reproduce analytical processes.
Requirements
- Background in analytics, data science, strategy and consulting, or a related field.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, R, and Python.
- Experience with BI, data preparation, and data exploration tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience using datasets from Circana, Nielsen, and Numerator.
Nice to have
- Experience with R-Shiny, Qlik, Snowflake, or PowerPoint.
- Experience with WM Scintilla datasets.
