Senior Conversion Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, plus potential 5% annual discretionary cash bonus and 5% annual discretionary restricted stock units bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate operational functions for new business, including RIA firm records, account creation data, custodial transfer forms, statements, and fee calculations.
• Manage client conversion status and provide progress feedback to management.
• Investigate, escalate, and document issues that could affect timely conversion.
• Build relationships with RIAs, resolve operational issues, and provide training through video conferencing or onsite sessions.
• Train and mentor Conversion Managers and advise on complex conversion matters.
• Help identify and resolve intricate trading issues.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to work in the United States at the Centennial, Colorado location.
• Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening.
