Senior Manager, Medicare Product Solutions - Work From Home (Medicare Advantage product strategy): Developing and managing Medicare Advantage products, bids, and benefit strategies with an accent on product performance, competitive analysis, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional execution. Focus on analyzing Medicare Advantage economics, optimizing bid outcomes, using Star Ratings and quality programs to guide growth, and leading complex product initiatives.
Location: Fully remote, available in the United States only
Base pay: $102,000–$184,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team supporting Medicare Advantage product and bid strategies.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Market teams.
- Evaluate product performance and conduct competitive and strategic market analysis.
- Develop product roadmaps, benefit changes, and regional growth initiatives.
- Oversee bid process execution and governance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor Medicare Advantage economic levers, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or strategic consulting, or 11 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- At least 2 years of experience managing and leading teams, including hiring, training, and departmental budget management.
- Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting, or project management.
- Experience communicating with corporate leadership and managing multiple complex priorities.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Advanced Excel experience.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Administration, MBA, or master’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience with Medicare Advantage bids and knowledge of MA economics and bid requirements.
- Experience with Medicare Advantage Star Ratings, quality programs, regulatory requirements, quality bonus payments, and product growth strategies.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing decisions across multiple organizational levels.
- Healthcare industry experience and strong analytical and strategic decision-making abilities.
