Location: Hybrid in Irving, Texas, United States; minimal travel is required, with occasional visits to in-field jobsites.

What you will do
- Develop and execute fleet acquisition, utilization, and safety strategies across business units.
- Coordinate procurement, delivery, assignment, replacement, maintenance, and repair approval for fleet assets.
- Monitor telematics data, identify risk trends, coach drivers, and administer defensive driving training.
- Manage fuel card usage, vehicle incidents, investigations, insurance coordination, and claims through resolution.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, vehicle registration, regulatory compliance, and other fleet obligations are completed on time.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Finance on fleet demand, asset deployment, capital expenditure forecasts, and monthly reporting.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- At least two years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or fleet management.
- Working knowledge of fleet operations, safety practices, and asset lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, fleet management systems, telematics platforms, and reporting systems.
- Valid driver's license and possession of, or ability to obtain, a passport.
