Sr. Product Manager, NVC Buy (Automotive)

Location: United States; classified as remote, with candidates within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub potentially required to work onsite four or more days per week

Salary: $132,800–$250,800 annually

What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cart, checkout, and order confirmation across hirify.global.com and Lincoln.com non-vehicle commerce.
• Design low-friction purchase journeys for fully online purchases, online-to-dealer pickup, and hybrid transactions.
• Use data, customer research, testing, and KPIs to identify funnel friction and improve conversion, completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor the Product Manager responsible for pricing and promotions, while supporting product management practices across the organization.
• Partner with mobile app, engineering, UX/design, analytics, dealer operations, legal/compliance, and marketing teams to deliver connected omnichannel experiences.
• Apply AI to product requirements, experiments, and success metrics, and help shape product processes and culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience owning commerce, checkout, or transactional experiences at scale.
• 3+ years managing or mentoring product managers, or demonstrated readiness for people leadership.
• 3+ years of experience with e-commerce funnels, including cart, checkout, payments, pricing, promotions, and order confirmation.
• 3+ years building or supporting omnichannel experiences across web, mobile apps, and physical retail or dealership touchpoints.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree in computer science, design, or a related field.
• Experience with pricing and promotions engines or systems.
• Dealer or retail network operations experience, especially buy-online-pick-up-in-store or dealer models.
• Automotive retail, big-ticket retail, or considered-purchase e-commerce experience.
• Experience in agile or scaled-agile product organizations.
