What you will do
- Perform engineering calculations under the supervision of a Professional Engineer.
- Collect, correlate, and analyze data for water resources design projects.
- Document project decisions, technical results, and design information.
- Coordinate project work with engineers, technicians, and drafting personnel.
- Learn and apply accepted design criteria and methodologies across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Perform construction field visits as required by project assignments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of engineering experience with dams, levees, and flood control structures.
- B.S. degree in Engineering.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification.
- Excellent technical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in or near Houston, Texas, under the stated hybrid arrangement.
