What you will do
- Recruit life insurance agents for business units across designated United States markets.
- Place outbound calls using prepared sales scripts to qualify leads and explain products and services.
- Answer questions that arise during recruiting calls.
- Collect and maintain prospective agent information in a database.
- Record telephone interactions, orders, and accounts.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years of prior experience preferred.
- Background in life or health insurance preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, a quick-learning mindset, and a clear, pleasant voice.
