Associate Commission Operations Analyst

Location: USA Remote

Salary: USD 27.00 per hour, plus an annual performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Reconcile and apply carrier commissions daily while reviewing membership information across internal systems.
• Research and resolve payment, statement, membership, and system discrepancies with internal and external teams.
• Analyze carrier documentation to ensure accurate and timely commission and membership processing.
• Track commission tasks and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables supporting Finance close.
• Complete internal and external audits supporting SOX testing of Revenue Operations controls.
• Identify data, workflow, reporting, and system improvements and support special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or two years of equivalent experience in cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and the ability to create VLOOKUP and other analysis formulas.
• Experience with data analysis, trending, management reporting, and meeting critical deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and collaborate with staff through executive-level stakeholders.
• Prior insurance or healthcare commission payment or collection experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and experience supporting auditors with internal controls testing.
• Working knowledge of Tableau or similar systems.
