Senior Enterprise Project Manager (Business Analysis)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects from initiation through closure.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, communications, resources, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings to validate scope and deliverables.
• Lead business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, process modeling, journey mapping, and documentation.
• Define current-state and future-state processes, workflows, data flows, and business requirements.
• Coordinate with architecture, security, infrastructure, data, vendors, and agency stakeholders; support UAT, cutover, change management, and post-launch adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of project management experience with moderate- to high-complexity projects.
• 5+ years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Demonstrated business analysis and process redesign experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and project governance skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Integrated Master Schedule experience.
• Power BI or data dashboard experience.
