Salary: $9,208.38–$20,872.33 per month in the United States, with location-specific ranges for certain states and cities.

What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the DSOR Enablement function.
- Lead data-driven analytics and operations research initiatives that optimize business processes and support growth.
- Guide DSOR projects from hypothesis development through delivery, setting priorities and tracking milestones.
- Mobilize and mentor cross-functional teams while fostering experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Support user-centric product design aligned with business goals and improved decision-making.
- Communicate complex DSOR concepts to stakeholders and establish best practices across the discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Five to eight years of experience working with teams in analytics, data science, operations research, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and executing complex projects.
- Practitioner or practitioner-adjacent experience in analytics, data science, operations research, prototyping, and rapid experimentation.
- Ability to work within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
