Coordinador Saltillo (Customs Operations)

Location: Mercurio Cargo, Lib. Óscar Flores Tapia 1600, Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico; onsite work at the Saltillo and/or Ramos Arizpe terminal

What you will do

• Coordinate customs brokers, runners, administrative staff, and operations personnel at the Saltillo and/or Ramos Arizpe terminal.
• Maintain direct contact with warehouses, freight forwarders, transportation providers, and internal and external customers.
• Schedule pre-inspections and arrange handling service requests.
• Verify documentation and support timely customs clearance procedures.
• Record and monitor operational events through dashboards and branch reporting, issuing administrative corrective actions when required.
• Analyze weekly runner productivity, review error reports, and follow up on escalations with the supervisory team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in import/export operations within a customs brokerage agency.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, shipment handling, and customs clearance procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers.
• Availability to work onsite at the Saltillo and/or Ramos Arizpe terminal in Mexico.
