Service Technician

Location: Riverside, California, USA; hands-on work in a shop setting with occasional travel for events, testing, or customer support.

Starting pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime.

What you will do

• Inspect, disassemble, clean, and rebuild shock absorbers to manufacturer or custom specifications.
• Optimize shock absorber performance for UTV and snowmobile applications.
• Document shock settings, pressures, measurements, and parts.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to meet performance goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment while following quality-control procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is preferred.
• Mechanical or automotive repair experience.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
• Ability to lift and handle components weighing up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with motorsports or off-road vehicle suspension systems.
• Shock or suspension repair experience.
• Familiarity with shock dyno operation and data interpretation.
