What you will do
- Process customer billing setup accurately and on time for invoice runs.
- Manage account records and adjust billing parameters when contract terms change.
- Research and resolve customer disputes, escalations, and billing issues.
- Process sales taxes, fees, and miscellaneous charges.
- Prepare billing reconciliations and root cause analyses.
- Coordinate with Comcast Business operational groups and external clients to obtain accurate billing data and communicate billing details to customer representatives.
Requirements
- Telecommunications billing experience.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles.
- Understanding of advanced voice technology and operational billing issues.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime and all scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance.
