Business Process Engineer

What you will do

• Analyze workflows, handoffs, pain points, and operational trends across quoting, ordering, billing, and customer operations.
• Design and document scalable processes, SOPs, controls, and change management materials.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues, escalations, and recurring process gaps.
• Coordinate process support for new product introduction, go-to-market operations, ticket management, credit, royalties, and related initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Operations, PMO, IT, Billing, and Customer Operations stakeholders to clarify requirements and support adoption.
• Track process performance, demand, improvement outcomes, and capacity-planning inputs.

Requirements

• Strong process analysis, workflow design, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Industrial Engineering methods, including process mapping, capacity analysis, time studies, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and translate findings into corrective actions.
• Working knowledge of change management, process controls, metrics, and operational reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience documenting and improving cross-functional business processes, resolving operational issues, optimizing workflows, and supporting change management.
