Senior Manager, Finance Systems & Operations

Location: Denver, Colorado. Travel: approximately 10%. Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass comprehensive background screening.

Compensation: $140,980.00–$163,240.00 per year.

What you will do

• Own the Finance technology product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and future-state vision.
• Govern the finance applications ecosystem across ERP, FP&A, consolidation, treasury, intercompany, tax, reporting, analytics, and related platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Procurement, executives, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Lead finance transformation, process improvement, automation, reporting, planning, forecasting, treasury, and data-quality initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional delivery from discovery through implementation, testing, UAT, change management, training, and production transition.
• Manage platform health, vendors, documentation, support models, data governance, SOX controls, audit requirements, security, and segregation of duties.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance systems, ERP, enterprise applications, financial technology, or related technology leadership.
• Experience as a product owner, application owner, systems leader, or strategic technology partner for Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes, including general ledger, close, AP, AR, fixed assets, planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives and developing roadmaps with competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Working knowledge of integrations, data flows, application architecture, configuration, controls, security, and enterprise data dependencies.
• Experience in SOX-controlled or similarly regulated environments, with strong communication, facilitation, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• NetSuite experience.
• Experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, data centers, or another capital-intensive industry.
• Experience with finance transformation, ERP optimization, platform modernization, financial data governance, analytics, Power BI, or enterprise reporting.
• Experience implementing workflow automation, AI-enabled capabilities, or emerging technologies within Finance.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA, MBA, product management, or ERP/platform certifications.
