Night Time Localization Project Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate localization projects from initial planning through final delivery, including timelines, resources, budgets, and quality standards.
• Evaluate requirements, estimate costs, prepare client quotations, and manage project finances.
• Track progress, identify delivery risks, resolve issues, and ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with clients, internal teams, translators, and interpreters through email, chat, phone, and collaboration channels.
• Negotiate deadlines and rates with freelance language professionals and maintain professional relationships.
• Perform quality checks, proofreading, and final reviews while supporting freelancers with operational questions.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, business administration, customer service, localization, or translation.
• Knowledge of localization processes and the language services industry.
• Experience with CAT tools such as Smartcat and MemoQ, plus familiarity with Translation Management Systems such as Trados.
• Advanced English communication skills at Native or C1 level and fluency in another language.
• Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, cross-cultural communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with distributed teams.

• University degree in Business Administration, Translation, Languages, or a related field.
