Manufacturing Labor Subject Matter Expert – GBS (Manufacturing Finance)

What you will do

• Analyze labor costs, productivity, and financial performance for manufacturing plants.
• Calculate and manage Hours per Ton analysis for plant and executive-level meetings.
• Advise leadership and cross-functional teams on the relationship between labor costs, productivity, and manufacturing expenses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial close activities, and the Annual Operating Plan, including labor costs by projected SKU volume.
• Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement savings.
• Review and validate financial and labor-related deliverables for accuracy and technical correctness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex spreadsheets, including Excel with Power Pivot.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
