What you will do

• Develop foundational software engineering skills through coding and debugging.
• Complete simple coding deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with peers across the software development process.
• Participate constructively in code reviews and incorporate feedback from managers and mentors.
• Learn the team’s business domain and clarify requirements through questions.
• Perform other reasonable activities required by management.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience building software components.
• Fundamental understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Basic programming skills in any modern language.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, collaborate effectively, and commit to continuous learning.
