Location: Remote - Arizona, United States. Travel to project sites may be required up to 20% of the time, including exposure to heavy equipment and environmental conditions. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; employer-sponsored work authorization is not available.
Estimated base salary: $67,000–$103,000 USD annually.

What you will do
- Supervise Fiber Construction Managers responsible for construction demands, CapEx and OpEx management, vendors, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with network operations, engineering, field operations, permitting, change management, utility, and municipal teams.
- Oversee vendor delivery, construction reviews, site schedules, resources, restoration activities, and project tracking accuracy.
- Coordinate engineering, permitting, licensing, and the development of permit and construction plans.
- Monitor operational performance, identify workflow issues, and implement process improvements.
- Coach team members, identify training gaps, support career development, and participate in vendor evaluation and selection.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience directly supervising or managing employees and experience in fiber engineering design, splicing, or construction implementation.
- Experience with OTDR, PMD, and optical spectrum analyzer test equipment.
- Working knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction standards, as well as NESC, NEC, and OSHA standards.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic infrastructure engineering, construction, and restoration methods, including OSP and ISP installation practices.
- Proven people and project management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license required; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
