Location: Houston, TX (TAS-AIRPORT); work includes manufacturing facilities and travel between facilities and project locations as required.

's TAS business engineers and manufactures packaged modular systems for data centers, power, and commercial and industrial utility applications.
What you will do
- Supervise daily painting, coating, spray foam, and production activities against safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Plan manpower, assign work, allocate resources, and forecast staffing for production and project demands.
- Oversee surface preparation, abrasive blasting, masking, and coating applications on structural steel, piping, equipment, and related components.
- Review drawings, specifications, and work orders, and inspect finished work for coating integrity and compliance.
- Operate, maintain, repair, and calibrate painting and blasting equipment while coordinating equipment readiness.
- Lead safety, quality, equipment failure, workforce development, recordkeeping, and continuous improvement activities in coordination with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Project Management, and Purchasing.
Requirements
- 5β8 years of experience in industrial spray foam, coatings, insulation, or manufacturing.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or crew leadership experience.
- Experience managing safety, quality, and productivity metrics, conducting inspections, and supporting customer audits.
- Strong understanding of industrial painting, protective coatings, spray foam processes, equipment, and applicable industry standards.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, manpower forecasting, quality management, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to travel between facilities and project locations, pass company qualification requirements, and work in physically demanding shop and manufacturing environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in an ISO-certified environment.
- SSPC training or certifications in coating application, applicator training, abrasive blasting, steel surface preparation, airless spray, and plural-component application.
- Safety training in confined space, fall protection, respiratory protection, and OSHA requirements.
