Sales Operations Representative (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Livermore, California, United States; onsite day shift

Salary: $71,400–$93,660 per year

What you will do

• Support assigned customer accounts and Sales Account Managers with customer follow-up, order updates, and internal coordination.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, forecast, shipment, CRM, and ERP data.
• Support purchase-order entry and validation, backlog tracking, expedite requests, pushouts, and order changes.
• Coordinate with Planning and Supply Chain on capacity, materials, production schedules, shipment status, and delivery risks.
• Track new probe card designs, customer qualifications, first-article timelines, design revisions, and NPI milestones.
• Maintain reports, trackers, KPI data, and escalation records while supporting account reviews and production meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Related experience in Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a similar business support role.
• Experience or willingness to learn forecasting, demand planning, order management, ERP/CRM systems, and supply chain workflows.
• Strong communication, customer follow-up, accuracy, deadline adherence, multitasking, issue escalation, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• Must work onsite in Livermore, California during regular day-shift hours.
