Annual base salary: $136,000–$204,000 USD, with possible incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do
- Lead process development, validation, and continuous improvement for server and storage product lines across PCBA (L6) and system-level (L10) manufacturing.
- Build, mentor, and direct a global manufacturing engineering team focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and technical innovation.
- Define and validate scalable process strategies for new product introductions with contract manufacturers.
- Partner with Design Engineering on design for manufacturability, PFMEAs, mistake-proofing, automation, and preventive controls.
- Establish the manufacturing process technology roadmap to improve throughput, reduce cost, and elevate product quality.
- Coordinate with Contract Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Quality, and Operations across the NPI lifecycle.
Requirements
- Technical foundation in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with PCBA (L6) and system-level (L10) manufacturing for servers, storage systems, or complex electromechanical assemblies.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering talent, including resource allocation and operational scheduling.
- Demonstrated ownership of collaborative NPI initiatives across engineering, operations, quality, and contract manufacturing partners.
- Practical experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, statistical process control, risk management, and PFMEA.
