Supply Chain Project Manager (Flexible Location)

Location: Any Australian capital city, with key locations in Emu Plains and Mascot (NSW), Archerfield (QLD), and Lyndhurst (VIC). Flexible hybrid work is available, including work from home up to three days per week; occasional travel to hirify.global sites across Australia is required.

What you will do

• Lead national supply chain improvement projects focused on efficiency, process consistency, and operational performance.
• Partner with supply chain, operations, sales, and technology teams on strategic and operational transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and introduce automation and digital solutions.
• Develop and embed consistent processes, procedures, and ways of working across multiple sites.
• Use operational data and insights to identify constraints, prioritise improvements, and support decision-making.
• Guide projects through implementation, change adoption, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Experience delivering supply chain, logistics, operational improvement, or transformation projects in a complex business environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, planning, inventory management, or scheduling processes.
• Exceptional influencing skills and the ability to build alignment without relying on direct authority.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse workflows, solve problems, and implement practical, sustainable improvements.
• Strong communication, process documentation, and project delivery skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, technology-confident, and hands-on approach with an interest in continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.
