Financial Aid Administrator

What you will do

• Guide current, prospective, and alumni students through the financial aid process.
• Process verification, disbursements, state and federal aid awards, private loans, and VA benefits.
• Determine student eligibility and provide aid estimates and packaging information.
• Calculate Return of Title IV and support default management and financial literacy programs.
• Audit records, run integrity reports, and maintain accurate information on federal regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist students and support the financial aid department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of financial aid experience preferred.
• Campus VUE experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
