CSR Pedimentación (Customs Brokerage): Processing and auditing customs entries, invoices, duty payments, supplier and consignee records, and VUCEM compliance for import and export operations with an accent on customs regulations, tariff classification, valuation, and shipment documentation. Focus on ensuring accurate and timely entry processing, applying Mexican customs requirements, and coordinating activities with internal customers.
Location: Onsite in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico

What you will do
- Capture and associate invoices with customs entries according to shipment instructions.
- Revise entries and required marks to ensure accurate processing and payment.
- Process and audit customs entries accurately and on time, including consolidated-entry audits before closure.
- Maintain VUCEM compliance, validate duty payments, and set up suppliers and consignees in the system.
- Develop customer profiles and coordinate activities with internal customers.
- Follow Mexico Customs OPS Manual processes, local procedures, internal policies, and applicable customs laws.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of import/export operations experience within a customs brokerage agency.
- Knowledge of logistics processes, shipment handling, customs clearance, tariff classification, and Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions.
- Knowledge of customs valuation, Incoterms, and the Aduasis (MASL) system.
- Ability to interpret and apply applicable government regulations, laws, and restrictions.
- Completion of required internal and external training courses.
