TL;DR
Implementation Specialist (Fintech): Configuring Alkami digital banking software, coordinating customer and vendor implementation activities, and supporting testing, onboarding, and launch readiness with an accent on configuration accuracy, customer communication, and implementation documentation. Focus on functional and integration testing, troubleshooting configuration issues, managing multiple implementation milestones, and supporting Treasury Management products including ACH and positive pay.
Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment; employment sponsorship is not available.
Salary: $80,000–$86,000 per year

What you will do
- Configure and customize software products using customer-specific implementation requirements.
- Coordinate configuration activities, issue tracking, vendor communications, and project updates across customer engagements.
- Guide customers through onboarding, functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and launch readiness.
- Troubleshoot routine configuration and usability issues, escalating complex technical problems when needed.
- Collect and validate implementation data, maintain configuration and testing documentation, and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop expertise in Treasury Management products, including ACH and positive pay, integrations, implementation procedures, and platform enhancements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience supporting software implementations, customer onboarding, configuration management, testing, or technical support in SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or related environments.
- Experience with software implementation, customer onboarding, technical configuration, functional or integration testing, and documenting outcomes.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, troubleshooting, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with customers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams while managing multiple priorities and timelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project, ticketing, testing, or documentation tools.
- US work authorization is required; employment sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience with fintech, SaaS, digital banking, or Treasury Management implementation projects.
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing, software deployment, or onboarding methodologies.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, APIs, integrations, billing coordination, or process improvement initiatives.
