Associate, Retail Partnerships

Location: San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; or Chicago, IL. The role combines remote work, office time, and travel to merchant partners.

Salary: $81,600–$120,000 USD or $102,000–$150,000 USD annually, plus potential sales commission.

What you will do

• Lead launches and onboarding for retail and CPG partners.
• Manage relationships with large, strategic retail partners.
• Develop long-term business plans for multi-channel customer strategies.
• Partner with internal product teams to prioritize merchant, delivery worker, and customer features.
• Design marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning, and churned customers.
• Gather consumer and shopping insights, conduct test deliveries, and lead operational efficiency projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, consulting, or banking within technology, high-growth companies, or early-stage startups.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in business development and/or partnerships.
• Experience with analytics and presentation tools.
• Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma, and SQL.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline work processes.
