Bilingual Outreach Coordinator (Healthcare Enrollment): Driving member enrollment and expanding community access to Enhanced Care Management services through targeted outreach, provider partnerships, and community events with an accent on healthcare enrollment, sales-focused engagement, and underserved populations. Focus on building referral networks, coordinating health fairs and enrollment drives, collecting stakeholder feedback, and conducting field-based community engagement.
Location: Riverside, California, United States; hybrid work with remote days and field engagements, including home visits and community travel
Salary: $20–$23 per hour

What you will do
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to identify potential members and drive enrollment growth.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, community-based organizations, foster agencies, and county facilities to increase referrals.
- Represent HHN at community events, health fairs, meetings, and enrollment drives.
- Educate providers and facilities about HHN programs and the benefits of Enhanced Care Management enrollment.
- Organize health events and informational sessions, and collect feedback to improve outreach and enrollment processes.
- Coordinate with marketing and care management teams to align outreach activities with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in community outreach, sales, or public health advocacy, preferably in healthcare or social services.
- Knowledge of community health resources, networks, and health systems in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
- Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently while meeting enrollment targets and contributing to team efforts.
- Effective communication in both English and Spanish is required; willingness to travel for home visits and community engagement is also required.

- Experience exceeding sales, member recruitment, or enrollment targets.
- Knowledge of healthcare programs, policies, and enrollment processes.
