Manager Aftermarket Sales and Rentals (Generators)

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; regular in-person responsibilities and physical demands are part of the role.

Target base compensation: $113,400–$170,100 per year, with final compensation based on experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Lead aftermarket sales and rental teams, including workflow, staffing, coaching, performance management, and professional development.
• Manage assigned sales territories and establish monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, RFP responses, quotes, and customer acquisition programs.
• Manage aftermarket and rental operating and capital budgets while controlling expenditures and maintaining agreement pricing goals.
• Track weekly and monthly sales metrics and coordinate sales KPIs with service operations leadership.
• Build prospective customer relationships, support contract negotiations, and drive customer satisfaction, sales growth, and repeat business.

Requirements

• Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• General knowledge of service parts and the service industry, with basic mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal, time-management, teamwork, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and perform basic calculations involving percentages, multipliers, sales tax, and order totals.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and computer-based work.
