Financial Planning Associate (Mandarin)

Location: British Columbia, Canada; virtual work with occasional on-site attendance

Annual base salary: $50,840–$59,350 CAD

What you will do

• Partner with Financial Planning Consultants to support high-value clients with financial planning needs.
• Prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules.
• Provide administrative support for growth opportunities and financial planning activities.
• Maintain compliance standards in client dealings and client files.
• Work with internal partners to resolve client issues and improve team productivity.

Requirements

• Organizational skills and experience managing client files, appointments, and schedules.
• Administrative skills and attention to compliance requirements.
• Strong teamwork, client service, problem-solving, discretion, and judgment.
• Knowledge of financial planning, investment portfolios, cash flow analysis, and transaction banking.
• Mandarin language capability is required for the role.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
