Performance Fitter - Western Washington, WA (Golf)

Location: Field-based in the United States, assigned to Western Washington, WA; frequent travel within the territory and occasional travel to surrounding territories, events, and trade shows is required.

Pay: $16.50–$18.50 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct product fitting days and deliver a positive customer experience from setup through event close.
• Set up and take down fitting carts, tents, displays, equipment, and related marketing materials.
• Conduct customer fittings using Callaway protocols, launch monitors, and other provided tools.
• Explain hirify.global and Odyssey product features, benefits, and fitting concepts to consumers.
• Provide personalized product specifications and apply selling techniques using the Odyssey Fits Tool.
• Maintain fit-cart inventory and communicate event results, challenges, and lessons learned to the Outside Sales Representative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, leadership, and professionalism.
• Ability to learn product characteristics, distinguish product features and benefits, and present technical information to diverse audiences.
• Valid driver’s license, proper insurance for the resident state, and a driving record meeting company criteria.
• Ability to work scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season, primarily outdoors, and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Frequent travel within the assigned territory and occasional travel outside the territory are required.

Nice to have

• Golf knowledge, golf club fitting experience, and launch-monitor experience.
• Retail golf or golf-shop selling experience, preferably at least one year.
• Understanding of the green-grass or off-course retail golf business.
• A vehicle capable of carrying 15–20 golf bags and display tents, such as an SUV or minivan.
