Warehouse Safety Manager

Location: On-site in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, United States; Monday–Friday shift starting at 5:00 AM.

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage warehouse safety processes, protocols, and compliance activities in partnership with operations management.
• Evaluate safety programs, recommend improvements, and implement approved changes.
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits while monitoring safety documentation and required forms.
• Lead post-incident root-cause analyses and corrective/preventive action processes.
• Manage safety training schedules, deliver training, and maintain compliant records, including powered industrial training.
• Coordinate safety committees, incident trend reviews, corporate safety initiatives, workers’ compensation claims, return-to-work programs, and random drug testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Working knowledge of government safety regulations and compliance requirements, including OSHA, Cal-OSHA, and DOT.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, planning, prioritization, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence others, work independently, collaborate effectively, and support continuous risk improvement.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 75 pounds and work in a variable-temperature warehouse environment.
