Media Planning Coordinator (Retail Media)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Monday through Thursday; remote work is available on Fridays.

hirify.global is a retail company operating a media network for onsite and offsite advertising.

What you will do

• Develop tactical onsite and offsite media plans for hirify.global Media Network in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with Sales to identify client opportunities and provide data-driven media recommendations.
• Manage go-to-market planning, including budget allocation, audience recommendations, ad products, and flighting strategy.
• Coordinate with Ad Operations, technology partners, activation teams, and channel partners to execute and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor ad spend and campaign performance, optimize sponsored product and display campaigns, and establish benchmarks with Analytics.
• Initiate Salesforce orders, manage revisions and makegoods, and deliver wrap reports and insights to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work at least 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with occasional additional hours as needed.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and comply with company policies, procedures, dress code, and health and safety standards.

• Experience in retail or marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce or other retail media technology platforms.
