Technical Project Manager (Networking)

What you will do

• Lead network design and planning by translating customer goals and site realities into actionable deployment plans.
• Manage project risks, tradeoffs, and stakeholder expectations to ensure deployments remain on track.
• Develop and refine operational standards, tools, and playbooks to increase deployment speed and consistency.
• Analyze deployment data to identify patterns and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.
• Scale operational foundations to support increased volume while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office (Hybrid role).
• Proven experience in technical project management or product operations.
• Strong ability to think in systems and design repeatable, scalable workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and build customer trust.
• Proficiency in using data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
