TL;DR
Senior AI Experience Platform Architect (Agentic AI/MCP): Building reusable AI agents, knowledge sources, and integrations connecting design files, research data, code, and workflow systems with an accent on information architecture, production automation, and traceability. Focus on developing multi-step AI capabilities, shipping Python and TypeScript integrations, automating CI/CD and Jira workflows, and implementing telemetry for system activity.
Location: Remote; work preference: Hybrid

What you will do
- Define reusable boundaries between AI tools and the information they use.
- Structure research, design-system, accessibility, frontend, and writing knowledge into searchable sources for AI agents.
- Build AI agents and reusable skills for multi-step tasks using Claude tools, ChatGPT Work, and Codex.
- Connect AI tools to live design files, research data, and code through MCP.
- Automate work submission to Jira and engineering review while maintaining traceability across systems.
- Write production integration code and implement CI/CD, instrumentation, and telemetry.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and reusable AI skills; prompting-only experience is insufficient.
- Experience with information architecture, taxonomy, schema design, and organizing undocumented knowledge.
- Experience with MCP for connecting language models to files, repositories, and data sources.
- Production coding experience with Python and TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD and pipeline automation using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
- Experience with instrumentation, telemetry, observability, or event tracking.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable low-code automation experience.
- RAG or grounding language models in trusted company data.
- Figma plugin code, design linting, or static analysis experience.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence data structures.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
