What you will do
- Attend an in-person engineering and technician career fair.
- Interview directly with hiring managers, including on-the-spot interviews.
- Explore full-time opportunities in the Missile Solutions segment.
- Support aerospace, propulsion, energetics, space, missile defense, and advanced defense programs.
- Work across multiple shifts and functional areas, including manufacturing, quality, facilities, logistics, and engineering.
Requirements
- Technician and assembly roles: high school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of related experience, or an associate degree with 0–2 years of related experience.
- Engineering and leadership roles: bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, graduate degree with 0–2 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Some positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
- Applicants may be subject to government security investigations, background checks, and pre-employment substance-abuse testing where permitted by law.
