Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Design end-user interactions and overall experiences for web applications and websites.
• Lead design projects across the full product lifecycle, creating storyboards, mockups, and prototypes.
• Evaluate product usability and recommend constructive improvements.
• Conduct user research and derive insights to inform design decisions.
• Test new design ideas before implementation and drive UI/UX consistency across products.
• Collaborate with development, product, operations, sales, marketing, engineering, and external clients in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Degree in design or a similar field.
• Proficiency with design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver results on schedule.
