What you will do
- Design, implement, scale, and improve U.S. network infrastructure for high-bandwidth and low-latency engineering and autonomous driving operations.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, and maintain switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Coordinate with IT, Security, Engineering, Autonomous Driving, and global infrastructure teams, including the Korean headquarters.
- Implement network security measures, configure firewalls and VPNs, and maintain access controls.
- Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and operational runbooks while planning hardware and capacity upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs, and enterprise-grade network hardware.
- Experience configuring security policies and managing switches and firewalls.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills across different teams and time zones.
Nice to have
- CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or similar industry certification.
- Experience supporting R&D or autonomous vehicle engineering environments.
