Focus on troubleshooting machinery, performing preventive maintenance, handling materials, and improving manufacturing processes during the Thursday-Sunday night shift.
Location: Decatur, Texas, United States; onsite, Thursday-Sunday, 6:30 pm-6:30 am

What you will do
- Operate manufacturing machines and equipment, including feeder hoppers, packer heads, air mills, remills, presses, and forklifts.
- Process raw materials, green forming billets, and carbon billets for graphite, silicon carbide, and other specialty materials.
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production and quality-control records.
- Identify minor equipment malfunctions, perform routine or preventive maintenance, and help minimize downtime.
- Store, handle, and transport raw materials and finished products while maintaining product integrity.
- Collaborate with engineers and production supervisors on troubleshooting, process optimization, waste reduction, and productivity improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work a Thursday-Sunday overnight shift, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and follow safety protocols, SOPs, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Ability to perform visual inspections, wear required PPE, lift and move up to 50 lbs., and complete a pre-employment physical.
- Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, perform repetitive physical tasks, and work in varying environmental conditions.
- Must be able to comply with federally mandated U.S. export control requirements.
Nice to have
- Mechanical or technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment.
