Finance - Corporate FP&A, Associate

Location: New York, United States

Expected annual base salary: $110,000–$150,000, plus potential discretionary bonuses and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial forecasts, weekly reporting, and quarterly financial results for senior management.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling for business units and corporate groups, including valuation analysis.
• Draft presentations, memorandums, board and audit committee packages, analyst call materials, and senior management presentations.
• Partner with Business Finance and Investor Relations on client and investor meetings and inquiries.
• Implement processes and systems that improve operational efficiency and financial reporting.
• Support strategic plans, budgets, competitor research, the CFO, management, and special projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, financial modeling, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, meet deadlines, and work proactively in a team environment.
• High attention to detail, organization, motivation, and ability to build professional relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience in FP&A, management reporting, or advisory services.
• Experience with Essbase, Anaplan, or Tableau.
