What you will do

  • Contribute to research and application projects across food, feed, health, biotechnology, microbiology, and ingredient development.
  • Apply academic knowledge to real-world scientific and industrial challenges.
  • Use advanced research technologies, laboratory methods, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with scientists and supervisors in the Brabrand Innovation Center.
  • Support the development of sustainable ingredients and technologies.
  • Gain insight into innovation and commercialization processes.

Requirements

  • Be a current Bachelor's or Master's student in Bioscience, Biochemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate interest in food, feed, health, or ingredient innovation.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Show curiosity, motivation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Previous laboratory experience is advantageous.

Nice to have

  • Experience in one or more relevant scientific project areas.
  • Experience with scientific methods, laboratory techniques, or data analysis.
