IT Technician (Contractor) (Gaming)

Location: 100% on-site in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Salary: CAD 69,450–137,080 annualized base pay

Treyarch is a video game studio within hirify.global, known for the Call of Duty: Black Ops series and Zombies mode.

What you will do

• Provide end-user support remotely or on-site through Slack, email, and in person.
• Manage and support Active Directory.
• Provision workstations through PC imaging and software and hardware deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving printers, shared PCs, and video game consoles.
• Assist with software deployment and troubleshoot Office 365, Zoom, Slack, Autodesk, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Support IT projects and manage assets and inventory.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT support experience.
• Knowledge of PC hardware and Windows environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting.
• Proficient understanding of networking.
• Familiarity with video game consoles.
• Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, British Columbia.
