Site Supervisor

Salary: $60,500–$62,500 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate daily activities within the assigned site program, including company and temporary employees.
• Train, supervise, instruct, interview, and evaluate employees in line with company policies and applicable laws.
• Conduct quality, service, sanitation, OSHA, and safety inspections.
• Prepare pass-down, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain training, inspection, attendance, and metrics records.
• Track equipment maintenance, repairs, supplies, and inventory.
• Address personnel and customer issues, correct at-risk behavior, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, plus a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability to work Thursday–Monday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Saturday–Wednesday, with open availability throughout scheduled shifts.
• Ability to understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Written and verbal communication, customer service, coaching, problem-solving, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required.

Nice to have

• Spanish bilingual skills.
• Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Forklift certification.
