TX Commercial Title Examiner (Remote)

Location: Remote within the United States, with the role associated with Irving, Texas

Salary: $26.88–$35.82 per hour

What you will do

• Manage single- and multi-property commercial title examination projects of varying complexity.
• Search, examine, and connect public-record data across counties and jurisdictions.
• Verify legal property descriptions, including reading, interpreting, and plotting them.
• Analyze leases, subleases, deeds, liens, easements, ownership, and title restrictions.
• Prepare accurate title commitments and reports, and resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal partners throughout the title process.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial title insurance experience in Texas, including title searching, examining, and writing commitments.
• Knowledge of legal and real estate terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, internet tools, and property data platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and independent research skills.
• Clear professional communication and a customer-service mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
