Consumer Onboarding Strategy Execution Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the New York metropolitan area; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $138,200–$190,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead execution of the enterprise onboarding transformation program and translate strategy into integrated delivery plans.
• Own the omni-channel onboarding roadmap, prioritizing opportunities, accelerating pilots, managing interdependencies, and delivering milestones across member segments.
• Coordinate program governance, facilitate decisions, manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and accountability for outcomes.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and workstream leaders without direct authority to resolve barriers and advance strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive communications, status reports, leadership readouts, and updates on progress, risks, decisions, and performance.
• Track onboarding KPIs, analyze trends, support change management, and enable adoption of new tools, capabilities, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of progressive experience in program or product strategy, implementation, prioritization, planning, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
• Experience delivering large, multi-workstream programs in healthcare or similarly complex environments.
• Ability to convert strategic goals into actionable, measurable execution plans and manage risks and interdependencies.
• Analytical and problem-solving expertise, including transforming data into actionable insights with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work remotely from the New York metropolitan area and maintain a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• MBA, MPH, or another graduate degree.
• Experience with healthcare transformation, member onboarding, or lifecycle programs.
• Familiarity with CMS regulations, digital health ecosystems, and human-centered design.
• Experience working in matrixed environments with distributed accountability.
