Starting pay: $34.82 per hour

What you will do
- Manage timely and accurate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Investigate and resolve blocked invoices, purchase order imbalances, goods receipt issues, pricing variances, and payment discrepancies.
- Perform gap analyses and create action plans to achieve site P2P scorecard targets.
- Own site stewardship for P2P processes and liaise with Global Internal Auditing.
- Train site users on goods receipt entry, purchase orders, stewardship, invoicing, and payment channels.
- Identify process-streamlining opportunities and support standardization across the North American P2P network.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or Data Analysis is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Coupa is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, resolve conflicts, and maintain data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
