Base pay: $83,000–$133,400 per year, plus eligibility for the company’s long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Provide clinical and technical support and training on AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters for electrophysiology and interventional cardiology procedures.
- Support physicians and electrophysiology laboratory staff with CARTO systems, CARTOSOUND, CARTOMERGE, Stockert RF generators, and related catheter equipment during procedures.
- Educate customers on electrophysiology products, share best practices, and optimize product utilization.
- Identify sales opportunities through consultative selling and facilitate territory manager engagement with key decision-makers.
- Plan and schedule customer case support while coordinating with regional business directors, territory managers, EP clinical specialists, field service engineers, marketing, and other partners.
- Maintain customer relationships, troubleshoot technical issues, mentor new commercial team members, and respond effectively in high-pressure environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant professional or military experience.
- At least two years of experience in a clinical echocardiography laboratory.
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography.
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac ultrasound, echocardiography, cardiac ablation, cardio imaging, and electrophysiology technology.
- Valid United States driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 40% overnight, work in hospital laboratories and live patient cases, wear protective gear, work variable hours, and lift up to 60 lbs.
Nice to have
- Electrophysiology, catheterization laboratory, or cardiovascular device industry experience.
- CEPS, RCES, or RCIS certification.
- Experience with complex technical systems or critical patient care environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, autonomy, flexibility, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights.
